This position plays a key role in accurately selecting and preparing merchandise for shipment to major e-commerce clients such as TikTok and Temu. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and committed to maintaining accuracy and speed during peak season operations. Must be computer literate. PLEASE NOTE: A manager will review each applicant s work experience to determine which position/department is best suited for their skills and experience. Please be prepared to speak about your previous work history during the interview. Responsibilities Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations based on order requirements. Use handheld scanners or PDA systems to verify product codes and quantities. Place picked items in the correct totes or pallets for packing and shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Follow all work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Communicate with leads or supervisors regarding shortages, damages, or discrepancies. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. Perform other tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor or manager. Requirements Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for the duration of the shift. Basic reading, writing, and computer literacy skills required (ability to follow written work instructions). Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility for meeting productivity and quality goals. Willingness to work overtime or flexible schedules during peak season.
