We are seeking a Production Technician responsible for the setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of packaging equipment while ensuring production goals and quality standards are met.

Production Technician Responsibilities:

• Ensure all necessary equipment and tools are available at the start of each shift

• Operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment

• Perform quality checks at specified intervals to ensure product quality

• Complete production logs and daily documentation accurately

• Clean and sanitize packaging equipment

• Perform weekly preventative maintenance on equipment

• Set up packaging equipment and complete product changeovers

• Continuously monitor machine performance and efficiency

• Follow safety procedures and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

• Support Line Leaders and production teams as needed

• Report food safety and food quality concerns to authorized personnel immediately

Production Technician Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment in a production environment

• Basic math and documentation skills required

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment for extended periods

Important Dress Code & GMP Rules:

• Full-length pants required (no shorts)

• No tank tops, crop tops, cut-off shirts, or t-shirts

• No earrings, necklaces, or facial piercings

• Only plain wedding bands allowed (no stones)

• No fake eyelashes, fake nails, or nail polish

• No food or drinks allowed on the production floor

• Water bottles and water coolers are provided onsite
