Job Shift: 2nd Shift - Warehouse
Job Pay: $21/Hr
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Job Responsibilities:
Arrive prior to the shift starting to greet temps at the door and open the door for them (temps won't have badge access until a later date).
Have a roster with pictures and check everyone in at the door. Report back to Total if there were any no-shows.
Assist with time clock check-ins.
Double-check that temps are dressed appropriately and find the right PPE and wear a blue hairnet.
Assign temps to specific managers or departments. Show them around and explain basic things like where their lockers are, where the bathrooms are, lunch policy etc.
Be on-call for temp issues, communicate issues to Total and to shift managers.
Give feedback to Total and to client if we are having turnover issues or onboarding issues.
Give basic orientations (full training will be done by our staff) and understand our emergency action plan.
If there is extra time, leads can help out in other areas and shadow our production managers to better understand our process
Job Requirements:
Forklift experience is required.
