Job Shift: 1st Shift
Job Pay: $21.63/Hr.
Description: High-end luxury company is hiring an Ecommerce Customer Service Assistant who will be responsible for processing all orders. This company is a family-owned, Spanish luxury skincare company serving professionals and consumers worldwide since 1979. With subsidiaries in Spain, the United States, Mexico, United Kingdom, China, and a presence in 40 countries, this company continues to expand in the most distinguished luxury retailers and spas worldwide.
PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVE: We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented and customer centric individual who brings a positive attitude and can multi-task with ease. The Ecommerce Customer Service Assistant will Collaborate closely with Ecommerce and Distribution teams to identify opportunities for improving overall customer service. This role must foster positive relationships with customers and provide a high touch experience. Providing customer insights and feedback to improve overall customer journey and experience.
ACCOUNTABILITIES: In this role, you will be exposed to a multitude of opportunities within a progressive, goal-oriented, and accomplished company.
Processing of all client orders, including order refunds and credits.
Responsible for replying to all incoming emails on client website.
Support the VIP experience coordinating with Customer Experience Manager, EDU etc.
Deliver an exceptional experience to current and new customers through email, phone, and chat channels.
Embody the company core Values in every interaction with customers.
Assist customers with pre and post-sale activities such as product or brand inquiries, policies, placement of orders, returns, and refunds.
Work cohesively with the logistics team to enhance the customer experience.
Provide weekly reports to management regarding trends in customer inquiries.
Prioritize inquiries based on the level of urgency. Identify matters that require an immediate response.
Ensures that accounts-specific requirements are communicated to the management team.
Continually looks for opportunities to drive efficiencies in order management practices.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Customer centric communication with strong people skills.
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task. Establishing priorities, procedures, and policies effectively.
Good process orientation skills with understanding of how transactions flow.
Good computer skills.
Strong written communication skills.
Order management experience preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS:
2-3 years experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or related field.
Associate degree in Business or related field preferred.
Experience with a Luxury brand or Skincare specifically preferred.
Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
