This is Performance to Hire opportunity, the pay is $20.00/per hour.

The ideal manufacturing associate candidate will have experience operating various machinery and a strong understanding of quality control processes. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products within our client's facility.

Manufacturing Associate Responsibilities

• Operate rewinding machines to handle cable products

• Maintain safety standards and follow operational procedures

• Ensure product quality and accurate output

• Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting

• Keep work area clean and organized

Manufacturing Associate Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting

• Strong attention to detail

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred

• Ability to work independently on third shift

• Dependable with a solid work ethic

• This is a temp-to-hire position with long-term potential for the right candidate
