Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Description: Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Read and interpret work order instructions, wiring diagrams, and assembly schematics to select and assemble the correct components for each order.
- Solder low-power electronic components accurately, ensuring no damage such as burning or cracking.
- Properly silicone, screw, and solder components as required by each assembly order.
- Test completed assemblies to ensure proper functionality before sending them to the next department.
- Program drivers according to instructions to ensure correct power output.
- Identify and report any malfunctioning components to the purchasing and technical lab teams.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including daily and weekly upkeep of tools and workstations.
- Adhere to safety guidelines specific to the work area.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in soldering low-power components and assembling low-voltage electronic components.
- Proficiency with basic hand and power tools.
- Ability to use a multi-meter and effectively test low-voltage components.
- Capability to read and follow work orders, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Physical ability to lift and handle products weighing 15-35 pounds.
- Ability to sit, bend, stoop, twist, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity and excellent hand/eye coordination for assembling and soldering small components.
