Warehouse Assistant Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and train your team
Resolve issues efficiently and ensure quality work
Optimize productivity and resource utilization
Maintain accurate records and follow schedules
Foster teamwork and safety standards

1+ year of relevant experience

Job Title: Assistant Supervisor

To help manage workflow at our facilities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and leadership skills. They will be excited about guiding, training, and supporting their team members and is highly motivated. The successful candidate will be people-centered, supportive, and flexible in order to get the most out of his/her team. You should also be a natural leader that s focused on inspiring employees to own their work and deliver better results.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
? Address problems with Supervisor on work quality, issues between employees, and other concerns in an effective, timely manner.
? Motivate, train, monitor team members and create strategies to boost productivity
? Utilize all resources available to produce the necessary product with the least cost.
? Review bills of material and shop orders for accuracy.
? Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft applications, e-mail, ERP, etc.
? Learns from mistakes and recommends improvements in manufacturing and production operations
? Follows production schedules to ensure production orders/sales orders are completed on time.
? Return to stock material is being counted correctly and properly identified.
? Good communication within the department and within other departments. Must be a team player.
? Assists in maintaining high standards in safety and set 6S in the department.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
? 1+ years relevant experience.
? Computer skills, in particular, Microsoft Office (Intermediate in Excel). Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
? Must work well with all Associates in a team environment
