Location: Aurora, IL
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift 6am 2:30pm

Overview:
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to join our team. This role involves hands-on assembly work using basic hand tools and requires the ability to stand for the duration of the shift. Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, good manual dexterity, and experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Responsibilities:
Perform assembly tasks using hand tools (screwdrivers, drills, wrenches, etc.)
Follow work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to complete assemblies accurately
Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work safely and follow all company procedures
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals

Qualifications:
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
Comfortable using basic hand tools
Ability to stand for the entire shift
Good hand eye coordination and attention to detail
Ability to lift/move materials as needed (within company guidelines)
Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills

Requirements: Steel-toed shoes, glasses, safety vests, ear plugs, long sleeve shirt recommended, must interview and tour to assure this is a mutual fit!
