Description: Job Title Warehouse Associate (Batcher) Job Location Chicago, IL Job Shift Monday thru Friday 11pm-7am Pay Rate $17.05 per hour Job Type Possible Temp to Hire Job Duties/Responsibilities - Measure and prepare raw materials for batching according to production specifications and formulas. - Operate batching equipment and machinery to mix ingredients in proper proportions. - Monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure accurate and efficient batching processes. - Maintain records of batch production, including quantities, materials used, and any adjustments made. - Inspect materials for quality and report any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel. - Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of batching equipment to comply with safety and hygiene standards. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of batches for further processing. - Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Qualifications & Requirements - Familiarity with batching processes and equipment typically used in manufacturing or production environments. - Ability to read and interpret production formulas, recipes, and specifications. - Basic mathematical skills for accurate measurement and proportioning of materials. - Strong attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies or errors in batching operations. - Physical ability to lift and move materials as required during the batching process. - Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards. - Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors effectively.
