Description: Pay: $20.00 per hour Job description: Position: Manufacturing Associate 3rd Shift (11:00 PM 7:00 AM) Location: Bolingbrook, IL Pay Rate: $20.00/hr to start Total Staffing Solutions powered by Total Talent Resources, in partnership with a well-known manufacturing company in Bolingbrook, is looking for several skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join their growing team! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity on the following shifts. The pay is $20.00/hr to start. 3rd shift (11:00 PM 7:00 AM) Manufacturing Associate Job Duties: Operate machines for cabling products in a manufacturing environment Follow all safety procedures and company policies Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform equipment checks and basic troubleshooting Ensure quality standards and production goals are met Manufacturing Associate Requirements: Previous experience in a manufacturing setting Strong attention to detail and reliability Must be bilingual English and Spanish Ability to train on other shifts if needed Must be computer literate to adjust machine settings Must pass a background check, drug test, and E-Verify We Offer: Weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short-term disability and 401k Paid holidays, sick time & referral bonuses Associate can report any hazards and concerns to the Illinois Department of Labor by call the Department s Day and Temporary Labor Services Act toll-free hotline at 1-877-314-7052 or email at DOL.DayLabor@illinois.gov Total Staffing and QFS does not provide any transportation resources or meals for our associates during any assignments.
