Bilingual Warehouse Lead

Position Overview: The Bilingual Warehouse Lead is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating efficient shipping and receiving of all products, as well as managing the full building maintenance responsibilities of all related equipment.

Bilingual Warehouse Lead Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and lead activities associated with warehouse operations.

• Manage the process of receiving, stocking, and quality control of all merchandise.

• Monitor performance and productivity to maximize operational excellence, which includes service, quality, and cost control.

• Identify areas of improvement and update existing work procedures and practices.

• Determine staffing levels and assign workloads, including training and cross-training warehouse staff.

• Ensure packing and shipping meet quality standards and specifications.

• Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained and in proper working order.

• Oversee warehouse maintenance of equipment.

• Perform other related duties as required.

Bilingual Warehouse Lead Requirements and Qualifications:

• 5 years of leading a team in a warehouse environment

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Strong leadership or coordinator abilities.

• Ability to operate a forklift.
