Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Powder Coater Painter to join our team in Lakeland, FL 33811. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and applying powder coatings to various materials and surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet specifications and standards. This is a first-shift position paying $16 - 17.00 per hour, with weekly pay cycles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces and materials for powder coating applications.

• Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently.

• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper functionality.

• Monitor coating quality to ensure adherence to customer specifications and standards.

Qualifications
