Customer Account Manager (Full-Time) Pay: $20/hr. | Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Full-time Location: Burridge, IL

Job Overview: We are seeking a qualified Customer Account Manager with experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing dealer accounts, processing orders, preparing quotations, and ensuring clear communication with both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers (dealers) regarding orders and RFQs. Prepare accurate quotations, assist customers with material pricing, and ensure orders meet specifications. Process and prioritize RFQs within 24 hours and ensure quotes are accurate. Enter orders into ERP system and coordinate with the production team for timely delivery. Handle after-sale customer service, including freight claims and resolving material shortages. Requirements: Fluency in both reading and writing English. Strong math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook. Manufacturing/Warehouse experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
