Job Position: Detail Associate

Location: Sugar Grove, IL 60554

Pay Rate: $17.50/hr

Description: Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:15 PM, Monday-Friday (overtime available)


Job Summary:
Inspect and prepare parts for coating through masking, quality inspection, and finishing processes. Ensure products meet quality standards and identify defects before shipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Mask and prepare parts for production
Inspect raw and coated products for defects or quality issues
Remove masking materials and excess plating after coating
Report nonconforming parts to supervisors or Quality
Complete quality and production paperwork accurately
Monitor supply inventory and report shortages
Support the Quality Team with inspections throughout production

Requirements:
Production, assembly, inspection, or quality experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Basic math and recordkeeping skills
Good hand-eye coordination
