Job Title General Facility Maintenance
Job Shift - 1st Shift 7:00am -3:30pm; OT available; 2 10 min breaks and a 30 min lunch
Job Type Temp to Hire Benefits Total Staffing Benefits available during temporary period including Medical Benefits, PTO, paid Holidays upon accruing hours.
Duties/Responsibilities:
General Facility Maintenance
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs Must be mechanically inclined, willing to help in all areas Must speak/understand English Assist technicians in day-to-day maintenance of manufacturing machines/equipment Garbage collection/removal from production floor areas, packing/shipping dock areas, as well as common areas (lunchroom, restrooms, etc.) General light building maintenance changing lightbulbs, sweeping, cleaning up spills, moving equipment, etc Trained in forklift, pallet jack and scissor lift operation preferred, but we will train the right candidate May occasionally be assigned to production areas as needed Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Required Skills/Abilities: Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and wiring. Ability to use hand tools and power tools. Proficient in the use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
