Reach Truck Operator - 2nd Shift

Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift 2:00 PM-10:30 PM

Position Summary

Total Staffing Solutions (Powered by TTR) is seeking experienced Reach Truck Operators to join our client's warehouse team in Bolingbrook, IL. This role is responsible for safely operating Raymond Reach Trucks, moving inventory throughout the warehouse, and supporting order fulfillment while maintaining high safety and productivity standards.

Essential Reach Truck Operators Duties and Responsibilities:

Safely operate Raymond Reach Trucks to move and store inventory.
Transport materials throughout the warehouse as needed.
Pick, pack, and stage customer orders when required.
Operate RF scanners to track and verify inventory.
Maintain accurate inventory movement and storage practices.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Meet productivity and performance expectations.
Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Reach Truck Operators Qualifications:

Previous experience operating Raymond Reach Trucks is required.
Steel-toe boots are required.
Basic English communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Strong commitment to safety and accuracy.

Eligible for direct hire after 720 hours worked.
$1.50/hour pay increase upon direct hire.
