Basic Function:
o Supervise the daily activities of the Production material handlers to ensure prompt, accurate, and safe material distribution and storage daily.
Key Responsibilities:
o Responsible for assisting with all daily dock shipping activities
o Coordinate timely pulling and staging of all outbound orders to ship daily, working closely with the internal production department
o Work closely with all internal departments on shortages and order changes
o Coordinate packing and loading of all productions
o Work closely with the internal Production department on OTR driver and trailer coordination and pickups
o Involvement in daily meetings to review current and future order requirements
o Involvement in the continuous development of process improvements and productivity enhancements
o Support and enforce the 5S sanitation process within the Productions department
o Monitor staffing levels to meet daily productions requirements
