Position: General Labor / Loader / Unloader / Picker

Location: Romeoville, IL 60446
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• Saturday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers, Loaders, Unloaders, and Pickers to join our team. This position involves loading and unloading boxes weighing between 30 and 60 pounds, stacking them on pallets, shrink-wrapping completed pallets for shipment or storage, and performing picking and packing duties using an RF scanner.

Important: Please follow all instructions provided during New Hire Orientation.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload boxes from trailers or production lines.

• Stack boxes securely and neatly on pallets.

• Shrink-wrap pallets for shipment or storage.

• Pick and pack orders using an RF scanner.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.

• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift 30 to 60 pounds.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

• Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, or picking experience is a plus.
