We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handy Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a wide range of maintenance skills and will perform repairs and improvements in a commercial setting. Will work on building maintenance such as plumbing, painting, light electrical work and other duties as assigned. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Job Location : North Aurora, IL
Job Shift: 5am-1:30pm but flexible to start earlier- FIRST DAY IS ALWAYS AT 7AM
Payrate: $18hr
Job Type: Performance to Hire

Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in building trade or carpentry experience is a plus
Basic mechanical skills and ability to operate equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Must be able to lift and move >35 pounds
