Description: Job Title: Heat Bender Location: Batavia, IL Shift: 1st shift | Monday Friday | 6am - 2:30pm Pay Rate: $18.50/hour Industry: Aluminum Manufacturing Job Summary: We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Heat Benders to join our aluminum manufacturing team in Batavia, IL. This position involves heating and bending aluminum materials according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities: Operate heat bending equipment and tools safely and efficiently Heat and bend aluminum materials to required specifications Read and follow work orders, measurements, and production instructions Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Assist with general production duties as needed Report any equipment or quality concerns to supervisors Requirements: Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable standing for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Strong attention to detail and reliability Willingness to work overtime when needed Associate can report any hazards and concerns to the Illinois Department of Labor by call the Department s Day and Temporary Labor Services Act toll-free hotline at 1-877-314-7052 or email at DOL.DayLabor@illinois.gov Total Talent Resources and QFS does not provide any transportation resources or meals for our associates during any assignments.
