We are seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and packaging equipment to ensure efficient operations and minimal downtime.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance on production and packaging equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
Inspect machinery and identify potential maintenance issues
Perform equipment setup and assist with production changeovers
Maintain maintenance logs and repair documentation accurately
Ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently
Support installation of new equipment and machinery upgrades
Follow safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Maintain clean and organized maintenance and production areas
Report food safety and food quality concerns to authorized personnel immediately
Assist production teams and complete additional duties as assigned


Maintenance Technician Requirements:

Previous Maintenance Technician experience in manufacturing required
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills required
Experience with packaging or production equipment preferred
Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Basic computer and documentation skills required
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift throughout the shift
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Full-length pants required (no shorts)
No tank tops, crop tops, cut-off shirts, or t-shirts
No earrings, necklaces, or facial piercings
Only plain wedding bands allowed (no stones)
No fake eyelashes, fake nails, or nail polish
No food or drinks allowed on the production floor
Water bottles and water coolers are provided onsite
