Description: Job Title: Janitorial Worker Location: Alsip, IL Pay Rate: $18/hr Shift: 1st Shift 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Job Description: We are seeking a reliable Janitorial Worker to support daily cleaning and sanitation operations at our Alsip facility. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Responsibilities: Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces Dispose of waste and recyclables Operate a compactor for proper waste management Clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas Restock supplies as needed Follow all safety guidelines and facility procedures Report any maintenance or safety issues to management Requirements: Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and follow instructions Must adhere to all safety and sanitation standards
