Description: Position: Production Lead / Line Lead Pay Rate: $16.75 $19.75 per hour, based on experience. Schedule: Monday Friday | 5:00 AM 2:30 PM Overtime required as needed. Job Duties: Lead and coordinate daily production and line activities. Ensure production goals are met while maintaining safety standards. Enforce safety rules and company policies on the production floor. Train and support production employees. Monitor production output, downtime, and quality. Communicate production issues and results to management. Requirements: Bilingual: English and Spanish required. Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred. Basic computer skills (timekeeping, reporting, or production tracking). Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work overtime as needed. Willing to learn and operate a forklift for material handling and line feeding (certification a plus).
