Description: Job Title: Lead Shift: 1st shift 6am- 2:30pm Monday Friday + OT Pay: $23-$25hr; based on experience Location: Elk Grove Village We're hiring an experienced Production Team Lead to join our manufacturing team on 1st Shift! If you're a hands-on leader with manufacturing experience and enjoy mentoring employees while keeping production running efficiently, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of production employees on the manufacturing floor. Ensure daily production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. Train, coach, and motivate team members while promoting a positive work environment. Monitor workflow and assist with troubleshooting production issues. Operate and support production machinery as needed. Utilize computers for production tracking, reporting, and other daily tasks. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Team Lead in a manufacturing or production environment is required. Basic computer and technology skills. Experience operating manufacturing equipment or machinery is highly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Reliable, organized, and committed to workplace safety.
