Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
Location: Aurora, Illinois

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laser Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating laser cutting machinery, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate laser cutting machines according to production specifications
Set up equipment, load materials, and monitor cutting processes
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements:
Prior experience operating a laser cutting machine preferred, bit willing to train the right person
Ability to read measurements, blueprints, and technical documents preferred, will train
Strong attention to detail and quality
Basic mechanical aptitude
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable attendance and punctuality
