We are seeking a Line Lead responsible for overseeing production line operations, supporting production staff, and ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met throughout the shift.

Line Lead Responsibilities:

Lead and support production team members during daily operations
Ensure packaging lines operate efficiently and meet production goals
Monitor line performance and troubleshoot operational issues
Coordinate staffing and workflow on the production floor
Verify product quality and ensure compliance with company standards
Complete production reports and documentation accurately
Train and assist team members on equipment operation and GMP procedures
Support machine setup, changeovers, and production startups
Enforce safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Communicate production concerns and updates to management
Report food safety and food quality issues to authorized personnel immediately
Assist with sanitation and housekeeping duties as needed

Line Lead Requirements:

Previous Line Lead, Lead Operator, or supervisory experience in manufacturing required
Food manufacturing or beverage production experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot production equipment and workflow issues
Basic math, computer, and documentation skills required
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
Comfortable working extended shifts in a manufacturing environment

Full-length pants required (no shorts)
No tank tops, crop tops, cut-off shirts, or t-shirts
No earrings, necklaces, or facial piercings
Only plain wedding bands allowed (no stones)
No fake eyelashes, fake nails, or nail polish
No food or drinks allowed on the production floor
Water bottles and water coolers are provided onsite
