Pay Rate: $16.00 to $19 Based on experience

Shift: 3rd Shift

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Line Leader to join our team. The Manufacturing Line Leader will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the production line, ensuring that products meet quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production line workers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Assign tasks and provide direction to team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Identify and address any issues or deviations from quality standards, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Maintenance, to resolve production-related issues and drive process improvements.

Train and develop team members on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.

Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery on the production line, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment for all employees.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
