Description: Job Summary: We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates in the Shipping and Receiving department. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with limited experience to gain valuable skills and kick-start their career in warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Responsibilities: Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring accurate and timely receipt and shipment of goods. Sort, organize, and stage incoming shipments for storage or distribution. Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders according to customer requirements. Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and update records. Perform regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory counts as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shipping and receiving area, including cleaning equipment and removing debris. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Requirements: No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided. Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in handling inventory and orders. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting. Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as needed.
