Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19/hour

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking safety conscious Slitter Machine Operator Assistant to join our production team in Naperville, IL. This position supports the machine operator in running slitter machines to ensure products are cut, packaged, and prepared according to specifications and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the slitter machine operator with setup, operation, and material changes
Load and unload rolls of material onto the machine
Monitor product quality and report any defects or inconsistencies
Package and label finished rolls according to production standards
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Support other production tasks as needed
Work with Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Carbon Steel and other metals as needed.

Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience a plus (willing to train)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Dependable with a good attendance record
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
