Description: Machine Operator Manufacturing (Industrial Kitchen Equipment) Location: Carol Stream, IL Schedule: Monday Thursday, 3:30pm-2am Pay Rate: $19.75 Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our fabrication team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing industrial kitchen equipment. This role is responsible for operating production machinery, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting overall manufacturing efficiency. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures Load raw materials and ensure proper machine setup for production runs Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects Follow blueprints, work instructions, and safety guidelines Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Accurately complete production documentation and reporting Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Qualifications Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Ability to read basic work instructions and measurements Strong attention to detail and quality control Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor issues Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods (8 10 hours) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with standard safety equipment Work Environment Production takes place in a fabrication facility manufacturing industrial kitchen appliances.
