Machine Operator

Production Workers are responsible for unloading product deliveries, staging materials, and assisting with organizing and maintaining existing inventory. The position requires the use of Forklift's, Bobcats, and Skid Steer power equipment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

MUST BE ABLE TO OPERATE ALL THREE Mobile equipment: Folk lift, Loader, Bobcat, skid steer.

Load handling includes trailer loading/unloading and sorting/staging materials in a variety of sizes & configurations.

Lift loads of up to 50 pounds

Complete reports, load tickets and work forms.

Visually identify and separate nonconforming materials from incoming loads.

Safely operate equipment, work around operating equipment, manually handle non-uniform packages and objects (picking, pulling, pushing) as needed.

Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, record location of inventory.

Prepare finished stock for shipment.

Document product shipments.

Housekeeping and keeping your work area clean and free from hazards

Work assigned shifts, overtime as needed, day shift, mid shift, night shift, weekends, and holidays. Perform additional duties as required, assigned, or instructed.

WORK ENVIROMENT:

Must be able to work in an environment that could have elevated noise levels.

Must be able to work in an environment with nuisance dust.

Must be able to work in an environment with a presence of industrial and vehicle operations. EDUCATION, LICENSES & EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Understand instructions, procedures and policies and communicate in English.

Strong attention to detail.

Full-time with pay rate ranging from $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
