Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Shift: Second Shift: M-F

Shift 2: M-F: 5:00 PM 2:45 AM (OT to 4:30 AM latest)

As a Manual Press Operator, you ll play a hands-on role in shaping the future of mobility. You ll set up and operate manual press machinery to transform raw materials into precision parts that meet exact product specifications. What You ll Do
Operate and monitor manual press machines with precision and care
Load, remove, and inspect materials, keeping quality and safety top of mind
Make press and feed adjustments to keep production flowing smoothly
Track production, maintain records, and report issues quickly
Support continuous improvement through 5-S activities
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards
Contribute to a positive, team-first culture

What You ll Bring
1+ years experience as a machine or press operator
Ability to read, speak, and follow instructions in basic English
A flexible mindset, willingness to cross-train and support team goals
Reliability and commitment to attendance and punctuality
Availability to work required overtime when needed
