Position: Manufacturing Associate

Pay Rate: $19.00/Hr.

Shift Hours: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Total Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a growing company in Bolingbrook, is hiring several Manufacturing Associates!

The Manufacturing Associate opportunity is temporary to permanent on the First Shift, 6:00 am 2:30 pm, Monday Friday.

The Manufacturing Associates will earn $19.00 & $1.00 pay increase once hired.

Job Summary: The manufacturing associate will convert/cut foam to various sizes, thicknesses and shapes using both a Hydraulic Die Cutting Press, and Vertical Band Saw. Manufacturing experience required- training is provided. Detail- oriented individuals wanted.

Job Responsibilities:

• Machine set up.

• Cut foam into strips/sheets/pads/shapes.

• Follow job tickets for size and cutting information.

• Move materials processed to other process in the factory as needed.

• Assist in other areas as needed.

• Follow safety rules.

• Maintain clean workspace.

Manufacturing Associates Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience.

• Basic math skills

• Ability to read a ruler

• Ability to read and understand fractions

• Standing, keeling, or sitting is required for the duration of the shift.

• The ability to lift 25+ lbs.

• Push and or pull materials using pallet jacks, carts, and 2- wheelers and various other tools.
