Responsibilities

• Set up machines (e.g., calibration, cleaning, adjustments) to start production cycles.

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently to meet production targets.

• Monitor machine operations and identify any irregularities or malfunctions.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues as needed.

• Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet specifications.

• Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role.

• Familiarity with machinery and mechanical systems.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials when required.

• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
