Job Summary

We are seeking two skilled and motivated Machine Operators to join our team in Bartow, FL (33830). In this role, you will work on the 1st shift and handle various machine operating duties, plasma cutting, and assembly tasks. The ideal candidate must be able to read a tape measure, interpret simple diagrams, and move to different areas as needed to assist in production. Pay is $16-18 per hour with a weekly pay cycle.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines efficiently and safely in accordance with company guidelines.

• Perform plasma cutting tasks with precision and accuracy.

• Assemble components using special fittings based on provided diagrams.

• Read and interpret tape measures and simple diagrams for production tasks.

• Assist in various other areas of production as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role is preferred.

• Ability to read and understand tape measures and simple diagrams.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to different tasks.

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
