Job Summary

We are seeking a Fulfillment Support Specialist for a production and assembly role in Carol Stream, IL. The position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards. You will be cross-trained in various fulfillment functions to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify product quality and order accuracy

• Pack and label shipments according to brand and carrier standards

• Process orders to meet daily shipping deadlines

• Maintain inventory of supplies and a clean, organized workspace

• Assist with general assembly, inserting, and packaging tasks

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable using basic computer and order tracking systems

• Able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Preferred:

• High school diploma or GED

• 1 2 years of experience in shipping or fulfillment

• Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

• Pay Cycle: Weekly

• Shift: 1st (5:00am 1:30pm Monday Friday, plus weekends)

• Location: Carol Stream, IL 60188

• Required Number: 1
