Location: Carol Stream, IL
Pay: $21.00/hr
Shift: 2nd (2:00 PM 11:30 PM, Mon Fri)
Training required on 1st shift (6:00 AM 2:30 PM)

Overview
Entry-level role supporting slitting operations in a plastics manufacturing environment, with a clear path to Slitter Operator.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, loading/unloading materials

• Learn to operate slitting equipment safely

• Move, stage, and package materials

• Perform basic quality checks and maintain records

• Keep work area clean and follow safety procedures

Requirements

• No experience required; training provided

• Mechanical aptitude preferred

• Strong attention to detail and teamwork

• Reliable attendance and communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Work Environment & PPE

• Steel-toe shoes required; ear protection recommended (provided)

• No food on production floor (breakroom available)
