Description: Event Lead Location: Soldier Field 1410 S. Museum Campus Drive Chicago, IL 60605 Date: Friday, June 5, 2026 Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour Shifts: 6:00 AM 11:00 AM 1:00 PM 6:00 PM Position Overview: Event Leads to oversee event staff during a stadium setup project at Soldier Field. Leads will serve as the primary on-site contact and assist with coordinating staff while also participating in setup duties as needed. Responsibilities: Manage staff check-in and check-out Coordinate and monitor break rotations Serve as the primary point of contact between staff and management Assist with distributing assignments and ensuring work is completed efficiently Help address on-site issues and communicate updates to staff Work alongside staff members when needed to ensure project completion Place event t-shirts (provided on-site) on stadium seats throughout the venue Dress Code: T-shirt and shorts are permitted Clothing must be clean and free of holes, rips, or tears Closed-toe shoes are required Additional Information: Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled shift. Be prepared to be on your feet for the duration of the shift. This position requires walking throughout stadium seating sections and climbing stairs.
