Job Position: Assembler

Location: Clearwater, FL 33755

Pay Rate: $25.00-$27.00 hr.

Shift: 8am - 5pm (1 hr. Lunch)

Description: Configures and assembles various smart control devices for variety of projects that
could include the controls of lighting systems, thermostats, audio systems, and
more.
This is an assembly production role putting together software, configuring mobile
apps and some hardware devices (controls - lighting controls, keypads)
Requires some basic knowledge of electrical wiring and networking.

Duties and responsibilities:
Become familiar with and keep up with product and component knowledge.
Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts, assembly and
installation instructions as well as engineering drawings.
Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repairs, using hand tools including but
not limited to calipers, strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, drills, soldering.
Work with the Engineering and Development teams to trouble shoot and
resolve issues.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Experience in working with electronics: PLC, PCB, Firmware, Hardware.
Able to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts and
engineering drawings.
Able to use hand tools including but not limited to calipers, strippers,
crimpers, screwdrivers, drills.
Experienced in electronics soldering.
Must be able and willing to interact with customers both written and verbal
communications in a professional manner.
Willing and able to do research and to continuously learn and improve
technical knowledge
Must be comfortable working at heights to perform maintenance and repair
work on hardware using ladders, scaffolding or other equipment to access
elevated work areas following all safety protocols and use personal protective
equipment as required.
