Job Position: Machine Operator

Location: Dallas, TX 75247

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr

Shift: 1st shift warehouse

Description: Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production processes.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime.
- Adjust machine settings and parameters as needed to meet production specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols and procedures.
- Record production data and report any issues or abnormalities to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and production targets are met.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Familiarity with operating industrial machinery and equipment.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and tools used for machine adjustments.
- Ability to follow instructions, production schedules, and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail for quality control and troubleshooting.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new machinery or processes as required.
