Shift: 1st Shift 5AM to 1:30PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Aluminum MIG Welder with fabrication experience to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for assembling and welding metal parts according to blueprints and specifications while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding per specifications
Read and interpret blueprints
Inspect and prepare materials for welding
Report defects or non-conforming parts
Weld fittings and components into assemblies
Conduct in-process self-inspections
Use appropriate jigs and tools
Wear all required PPE (face shield, welding cap, gloves, safety glasses, etc.)
Perform general workstation maintenance and material handling
Additional tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:
1 2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read tape measures and convert fractions to decimals
Skilled with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
Must pass a vision exam (Jaeger J2 standard) and color perception test
Detail-oriented and self-motivated
Able to follow instructions and blueprints accurately
Must be able to lift/move up to 70 lbs frequently; up to 100 lbs with assisted.
