Job Title: Staging Associate

Location: Elk Grove Village, IL

Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift 5AM - 1:30PM or 7AM- 3:30PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable Staging Associate to join our team at a radiator manufacturing facility in Elk Grove Village. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, detail-oriented, and eager to learn production processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Pull materials, parts, and supplies from inventory according to production work orders or schedules
Stage materials at designated production areas for upcoming jobs or batches
Verify accuracy of item numbers, quantities, and locations before staging
Maintain clean and organized staging zones to ensure smooth production flow
Communicate with production and inventory teams regarding shortages or discrepancies
Replenish materials to ensure consistent availability for production needs
Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting as required
Follow all company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures

Requirements:

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Steel Toe Shoes required
