Description: Job Title: Quality Inspector 1st Shift Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM Pay Rate: $19 $21/hour (based on experience) Job Summary: Responsible for supporting quality standards by inspecting raw materials, in-process production, and finished products while accurately recording results. Responsibilities: Review and interpret blueprints and specifications Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met Inspect and measure materials and finished products Use measuring tools including rulers, tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and gauges Accept or reject finished products based on specifications Tag and separate non-conforming materials Communicate inspection results with leads and management Complete required inspection paperwork, including Final Inspection forms Report inspection and testing data as required Assist with calibration activities and serve as MME point of contact Follow color tagging procedures Requirements: Bilingual (English & Spanish) Ability to read blueprints and tape measure Basic knowledge of monitoring and measuring equipment (MME) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and self-motivated Must wear steel-toe shoes and safety glasses Associate can report any hazards and concerns to the Illinois Department of Labor by call the Department s Day and Temporary Labor Services Act toll-free hotline at 1-877-314-7052 or email at DOL.DayLabor@illinois.gov Total Talent Resources and QFS does not provide any transportation resources or meals for our associates during any assignments.
