Description: Materials Staging Laborer Elk Grove Village, IL 1st Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Pay: $20.00 $21.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a Materials Staging Laborer to join our manufacturing team in Elk Grove Village. This position is responsible for staging materials for production, moving inventory throughout the facility, and ensuring accurate inventory transactions within the ERP system. Responsibilities * Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment * Move materials throughout the facility as needed * Stage inventory according to production schedules and priorities * Perform inventory transactions within the ERP system * Pull and kit materials for production orders * Accurately count, record, and organize inventory * Participate in physical inventory counts * Report inventory discrepancies to management * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area * Assist in other departments as needed Qualifications * Minimum 2 years of forklift and material handling experience * Computer proficiency required * Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred * Shipping and receiving experience is a plus * Ability to lift, move, and organize materials throughout the shift * Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy Requirements * Background Check Required * Drug test Associate can report any hazards and concerns to the Illinois Department of Labor by call the Department s Day and Temporary Labor Services Act toll-free hotline at 1-877-314-7052 or email at DOL.DayLabor@illinois.gov Total Talent Resources and QFS does not provide any transportation resources or meals for our associates during any assignments.
