Job Title 1st shift General Manufacturing
Job Location Geneva, IL
Job Shift 6AM-2:30PM but have flexibility to start earlier for mandatory OT.
Pay Rate $17.00 per hour

Job Type Temp to Hire

Job Responsibilities:
Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete material.
Assist welders, painters, or machine operators on-site.
Handle and transport materials and equipment.
Use power tools and machinery when needed.
Use tape measures and reading drawings.
Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks.
Help with setting up and transferring materials.
Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions.

Job Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the US, pass E-verify Must be willing to submit to background check- county
Must be willing to submit to a 10- panel drug screen.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds.)
Good hand-eye coordination.
Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus.
Great communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to safety rules
Bilingual (preferred but not required).
This position will have a base working schedule of Monday to Friday, with some weekends. The starting time is at 5am- 1:30 or 6:00am and the ending time will vary from 2:30pm to 5:00pm for shop floor coverage.
Overtime and extended daily hours may be required depending on production demand. The person working in this position will move back and forth in warehouse environment daily. Always maintain company safety standards regarding required personnel protective equipment usage.
