Job Title: Metal Polisher (1st Shift)

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM 3:30 PM)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Metal Polisher to join our team on 1st shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finishing metal surfaces to meet quality and production standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Grind, sand, and polish metal surfaces to meet specifications

• Remove dents, scratches, and other surface defects

• Inspect materials for flaws, cracks, and imperfections

• Mark cracks and splits for repair

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and shop drawings

• Complete required production and quality documentation

• Ensure finished products meet company quality standards

• Operate and maintain polishing equipment properly

• Follow OSHA safety guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in metal polishing or a related field preferred

• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and polishing equipment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Dress Code:
Casual attire. Clothing must not be open or ripped. No nail polish, artificial nails, or jewelry allowed.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain box-making machinery to produce boxes according to specifications

• Ensure product quality, adhere to safety protocols, and perform routine equipment maintenance
