Description: Job Title: Bilingual Warehouse Lead (English / Mandarin) Location: Joliet, IL Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Based on experience Job description: Total Talent Resources, in partnership with our client, a growing distribution in Joliet, IL, is seeking experienced Bilingual Warehouse Leads who are fluent in English and Mandarin. This role is ideal for candidates with warehouse leadership experience who can support daily operations while serving as a communication bridge between management and warehouse staff. This is a hands-on leadership position with growth potential. Bilingual Warehouse Leads (Mandarin/English) Key Responsibilities: Lead and support warehouse associates in daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping Communicate instructions, policies, and expectations clearly in both English and Mandarin Assist with training, onboarding, and coaching warehouse staff Support productivity goals, workflow coordination, and task assignments Monitor performance, attendance, and safety compliance on the warehouse floor Report operational issues and escalate concerns to management as needed Promote a positive, organized, and safety-focused work environment Bilingual Warehouse Leads (Mandarin/English) Requirements: Fluent in English and Mandarin, including reading and writing Mandarin Previous warehouse leadership or lead experience required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment Reliable attendance and ability to lead by example Associate can report any hazards and concerns to the Illinois Department of Labor by call the Department s Day and Temporary Labor Services Act toll-free hotline at 1-877-314-7052 or email at DOL.DayLabor@illinois.gov Total Staffing and QFS does not provide any transportation resources or meals for our associates during any assignments.
