Job Position: Production Line Associate

Location: Woodridge, IL 60517

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Shift: 3rd Shift, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Rotating Shift Schedule

Total Staffing Solutions (Powered by TTR) in partnership with a Manufacturing company is seeking several Production Line Associates to join their 3rd shift team in Romeoville, IL!

The Production Line Associate is a Performance to Hire opportunity, the hours are 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Rotating Shift Schedule. The pay is $19.00/Hr. Pay increase upon hire.

The Production Line Associate is responsible for the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of packaging equipment while ensuring all production, safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are followed at all times.

Production Line Associate Primary Duties

• Ensure all required tools and equipment are available at the start of the shift

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot packaging equipment

• Perform quality checks at required intervals to verify product standards

• Complete production and equipment logs accurately

• Clean and sanitize packaging equipment

• Perform weekly preventative maintenance

• Set up equipment and complete product changeovers

• Continuously monitor machine performance

• Strictly follow all safety standards and GMPs

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Leader

• Immediately report any food safety or quality issues to authorized personnel

Production Line Associate Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience

• Stand, bend, and move for extended periods

• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
