We are seeking a Water Stacker responsible for stacking, organizing, and preparing finished product while supporting production line operations and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Water Stacker Responsibilities:

• Stack finished water products onto pallets accurately and efficiently

• Monitor products for quality issues and damaged packaging

• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift

• Assist production operators and line leads as needed

• Wrap and prepare pallets for warehouse storage or shipment

• Replenish packaging materials on the production line

• Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals

• Comply with safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

• Support sanitation and housekeeping duties as assigned

• Report food safety and food quality concerns to authorized personnel immediately

Water Stacker Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift throughout the shift

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively

• Comfortable working extended shifts in a manufacturing environment

Important Dress Code & GMP Rules:

• Full-length pants required (no shorts)

• No tank tops, crop tops, cut-off shirts, or t-shirts

• No earrings, necklaces, or facial piercings

• Only plain wedding bands allowed (no stones)

• No fake eyelashes, fake nails, or nail polish

• No food or drinks allowed on the production floor

• Water bottles and water coolers are provided onsite
