Pay Rate: $25.00/hr.

TSS, in partnership with a manufacturing company of foam products in Bolingbrook, is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor!

The Manufacturing Supervisor is DIRECT HIRE opportunity on the First Shift, 6:00 am 2:30 pm, Monday Friday.

The Manufacturing Supervisor will earn $25.50/HR, after 90 days $26.00 and after 180 days $26.50 + amazing benefits!

Manufacturing Supervisor Job Summary: Lead, control, and optimize production in a fast-paced environment. Train and enforce procedures. Ensure quality and efficiency. Execute schedules. Troubleshoot issues. Communicate effectively. Be a team player.

Manufacturing Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

• Direct Foam plant associates.

• Collaborate with GM for productivity.

• Issue work orders and track them.

• Maintain QC data per ISO9000 standards.

• Solve production issues.

• Assist with logistics and customer shipments.

• Ensure work order accuracy.

• Train and manage temp staff.

• Communicate with various teams.

• Follow company policies.

Manufacturing Supervisor Job Requirements:

• Minimum two years of related work experience in a manufacturing setting.

• Supervisory skills.

• Workflow comprehension.

• Basic print reading.

• QC measurement knowledge.

• Multitasking ability.

• Strong communication.

• Problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Organized team player.

• Bilingual in Spanish & English is preferred.
